SolutionPoint+ offers the premier Crisis Intervention and De-Escalation training in the nation. Our instructors are either active or former law enforcement officers, experts in mental health, de-escalation, and first responder wellness. The 16-hour training is FREE to all dispatchers in the state of Iowa, thanks to a partnership with your local Mental Health& Disability Services Region leadership.
